The Chancellor and the Board of Trustees ask that WashU community members maintain the highest ethical standards and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies while performing university-related duties. Members are asked to confirm their commitment by completing the Code of Conduct course and attestation annually in Workday Learning.

The Code of Conduct course is assigned annually each Fall to community members and employees. The course and attestation for fiscal year 2026 (FY26) will be assigned in Workday Learning on September 2, 2025. The course and attestation for FY26 must be completed in Workday Learning by 5:00 PM on October 15, 2025. The course and attestation are assigned to individuals based on their job role.

Annual Code of Conduct Training and Attestation: Information for Supervisors

Supervisors have an important role for teaching and monitoring compliance in their areas. Supervisors can access and view the learning status of their direct reports in Workday through the My Team Management dashboard. To view the dashboard, please refer to the step-by-step instructions online though Workday@WashU.

Supervisors may also run Workday RPT7266 (WU – My Team’s Open Learning Assignments) to view the compliance training status of their direct reports. Please refer to this attachment for general instructions on how to run RPT7266 in Workday to view the open assignments of team members. The instructions in the attachment were created to view open assignments specific to the FY26 Code of Conduct training course assignment.
